We're working closely with a small group of UAE sellers before we launch. Pilot sellers use erny free, our team sets it up with them, and they help shape what we build. Join the list and we'll message you on WhatsApp within minutes.
Does erny reply to my customers for me? +
Only if you want it to. erny can answer prices, stock and delivery questions and send the payment link, or draft replies for you to send. You can take over any chat at any time, and it hands over to you whenever it is unsure.
Do I need to change my WhatsApp number? +
No. You keep using your WhatsApp Business app on the same number, and erny works alongside it.
Do I need a trade licence to start? +
You can build your shop and take cash on delivery orders straight away. To accept card payments, you'll need a licence such as a home business or freelancer permit. We'll show you which one fits you and help you apply.
I'm not technical. Can I really do this? +
Yes. If you can post on Instagram, you can use erny. We do the building; you just check and share.
What if my prices aren't in my posts? +
No problem. We never guess prices. If a price isn't clear, we'll ask you to add it before your shop goes live.
How and when do I get paid? +
Card payments are paid to your bank account by our licensed payment partner, on a regular schedule you can see in your dashboard. For cash on delivery, your courier pays you.
What can I sell? +
Physical products you ship to customers: fashion, abayas, perfume, beauty, jewellery, home décor, accessories and more. erny is built for physical products, so digital downloads, services and bookings aren't supported. Some items, like medicines or alcohol, aren't allowed.
Can I use my own domain? +
Custom domains are coming soon. For now, every shop gets a free link like yourname.erny.ae.
Is it really free? +
Yes. erny is free for a limited time while we launch: no monthly fee and no erny fee on your sales. If we introduce paid plans later, we'll tell you well in advance, and you'll always be able to choose.
Does it work in Arabic? +
Yes. Every shop works in Arabic and English, and your customers can switch with one tap.
